Monthly Inspections

Documented visits with written reports and photographs after every inspection. Structural, damp, drainage and ventilation checks as standard.

Storm Response

We attend your property following any significant weather event and report back within 24 hours. Cornwall's coast demands nothing less.

Access & Security

Secure keyholding with complete access records. Controlled entry for approved trades and contractors, with immediate emergency response.

Contractor Coordination

We source, brief and supervise trusted local trades on your behalf. Every piece of work overseen personally, with a single point of accountability.

Pre-Arrival Preparation

Your home fully prepared before you arrive — cleaned, heated, provisioned and exactly as it should be. A seamless arrival, every time.

Absolute Discretion

Complete confidentiality as standard. No signage, no third-party references without your consent. A service built on trust, not process.

All services are delivered personally by Lisa or Willow — never subcontracted to unknown parties.
